I had a deep cleaning done by Yuni, and it was hands-down the best dental experience I’ve had. Her hands are incredibly light, and she’s clearly very knowledgeable — she uses several strategies throughout the procedure to keep pain to a minimum. She paced the cleaning well, letting me rest between sides of my mouth instead of rushing straight through. She’s also remarkably accurate and gentle when administering anesthesia. I’ll be honest — I’m not someone who gets my teeth cleaned every six months, so I’ve been through a lot of different dentist offices over the years. None of them compare to Yuni in terms of knowledge, technique, and overall skill. She’s professional but also makes the visit genuinely pleasant. If you’re someone who, like me, doesn’t love going to the dentist, I highly recommend asking for Yuni.

I asked ChatGPT to recommend the top 5 dentist in my zip code highly recommended for Invisalign base on their work, and review by real patience. Smile Well Dentistry was #2 but ChatGPT had a note next to them saying “even though they are #2 I highly recommend calling them first” I’m glad I did, before using ChatGPT, I had called a few practices and didn’t have a great experience hence why I asked ChatGPT for help. Great customer service, the rep listened and gave me the chance to get l my sentences and request in, a video consultation was scheduled same day and when I forgot to login using the link they sent with instructions, someone called to gently and politely remind me. I spoke with Dr. Kim, felt like I was an old patient, he had a genuine smile, very friendly and listened to my concern. I was very comfortably and started yapping away lol. Thanks to Dr.Kim and all the team behind the phone for their excellent and warm customer service. I can’t wait to start my smile journey 🙂

Love this dental practice! The hygienist here is so gentle my whole appointment is pain-free. The staff is lovely. They run on time. But most of all – they care! If you have a phobia, anxiety, or had trouble in the past this is the place to go.

Dr. Kim and all the staff are great! They are very friendly and take the time to walk you through your care plan and their recommendations so you feel informed about your decision.

The most like to visiting Smilewell is their punctuality. They always bring me in right on time instead of let me was sitting in the waiting room. Of course patients also need to arrive at least five minutes before their scheduled appointment. Both the dentist and hygienist are very professional and detail oriented.

Dr. Kim and his staff are kind, gentle, efficient, and do great work. The office and treatment rooms are clean, bright, and comfortable. They coordinate payment with the insurance companies so the patient doesn’t have to. The insurance companies they participate with are listed on the home page of their website; just scroll about midway down the webpage. Highly recommended.

I had an emergency visit to the dentist. The day before, it felt like my bottom right tooth was chipped or had a cavity. I called SmileWell to see if Dr. Kim could see me that day, and they were able to schedule an appointment that afternoon. After X-rays and Dr. Kim’s examination, I learned that there was no cavity. Instead, my tooth was beginning to wear down and needed a filling. The procedure was completed quickly, and I was in and out in no time. As I was checking out, I was pleasantly surprised to learn that Dr. Kim and the SmileWell team had added CareFirst back into their network, which meant my dental work was covered 100%.
